We need the following original documents from the employer companies to arrange the workers’ flight to Gulf Countries.

• Demand Letter
•   Power of Attorney
•   Employment Contract Paper
•   Agency Agreement Paper
•   Guarantee Letter

Note:

•   Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the employer country as well as Royal
    Nepalese Embassy, Qatar, must attest Docs. No. 1 & 2 duly.
•   Every page of the documents should be furnished with the authorized official's
    signature and company chop.

•   Power of Attorney
•   Demand Letter
•   Original KDN Letter with English Translation
•   Employment Contract Paper
•   Agency Agreement Paper
•   Affidavit/Sworn Statement
•   Letter to Labor Department of Nepal
•   Letter to Malaysian Embassy, Katmandu, Nepal
•   Photographs of the Employer’s Company.

Note:

•   In every page of documents should be furnished with signature of authorized
    person and company's chop
•   All the papers should be in the concerned employer company's letter pad
  Royal
  Nepalese Embassy, Kuala Lumpur, should attest the documents duly
•   If possible you have to get the certificates certified by Notary Public, Malaysia
    as well.
